Each Maverik will develop their own individual Five Year Strategic Dream Plan. Common sense would tell us that if you want to get anywhere in this life it is wise to consider a plan. What person decides to build a house without a detailed plan? The reality is that many people will give lip service to goals and planning but never "execute" on anything.
We have a one page document that is simple (but not easy) to work through. This plan is a "living" document that is reviewed monthly.
